From our first meeting with Lou, we never had any reservations that our daughter would be in safe hands during her time at SJSU. He was down to earth and team focused. Her life has been, is and will continue to be forever changed because of Lou. Suzie thank you for sharing him with us. I am so sorry for your loss. Ian and Megan, my hearts go out to you. He was larger than life itself and his absence will be greatly felt. Speak of him often so the children know what a tremendous man their grandfather was. R.I.P. Lou
